We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were always polite, approachable, and very helpful, providing us with solutions to any issues that arose. The hotel facilities were excellent, with spacious and clean rooms that included air conditioning. It was also conveniently located, not far from the town center and with easy access to transportation. The hotel's breakfast was plentiful and peaceful, and we appreciated the touch of having bottled water in the room.

The hotel is in a great location, with excellent transport links to London. It was only a two-minute walk to the nearest bus stop and from there we could easily catch a bus to Bromley South Station, where trains to Victoria were frequent and took less than 30 minutes. This made exploring central London a breeze! Another great aspect was the beautiful gardens surrounding the hotel. We had a room with a garden view and it was so lovely to have a peaceful outdoor space to relax in.
The noise level in the bedrooms. We were unfortunately placed in a room above a disco and were kept awake until the early hours of the morning due to the loud music.

The room in the new wing was modern and comfortable, with clean lines and a stylish design. The bathroom was immaculate. The service from the reception staff was excellent. We enjoyed a sumptuous breakfast in the dining room, which had been recently refurbished. The location was convenient, with a lively Turkish restaurant down the road and easy access to Bromley town centre.
The restaurant staff lacked experience and leadership.

I had an amazing experience staying at this place. The room was well-decorated with all amenities including ironing facilities, hair dryer, and tea/coffee maker. The Victorian gardens that surround this hotel were breathtaking and well-maintained. The staff, including the restaurant manager, ensured that I had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The location of this hotel made it easy for me to visit the main shopping center and the leisure facilities like the indoor swimming pool.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. Everything was perfect, including the services, food, and facilities.

The room was spacious and had beautiful views of the grounds. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The gala dinner was delicious and the atmosphere was perfect. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options. The hotel is also conveniently located near a train station. I highly recommend this hotel for any type of stay.

Rooms upgraded, lovely extras, beautiful gardens, 10/10. 3am room service best sandwich, super professional staff. Customer service manager excellent, kind and empathetic. Check Out receptionist gave great service, efficient and kind. Lovely staff, just like on our wedding anniversary visit.
